Ingredients:
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 2 cups orange juice
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces.
2. Peel the mango and remove the pit, then cut the fruit into small pieces.
3. Place the carrots, mango, banana, ginger, and orange juice into a blender.
4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Add ice if you prefer a colder drink.
