A refreshing and tropical smoothie packed with nutrients.

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango
- Fresh or frozen spinach (to taste)
- Coconut milk (to your preference)
Instructions:
1. Peel the mango and remove the pit. Cut the mango into small pieces.
2. Add the mango pieces to a blender.
3. Add your desired amount of spinach to the blender.
4. Pour in coconut milk until the ingredients are submerged.
5. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
6. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy!
