Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour - 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup nuts or seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (e.g., raisins or apricots, optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). 2. In a bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add the melted butter and honey to the dry mixture and mix well.
4. If desired, add nuts and dried fruits and mix until a dough forms.
5. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Gently press them down.
