A delicious apple tart that's perfect for dessert or a sweet treat with coffee.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 dl sugar
- 150 g margarine or butter
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 dl milk
- 3-4 apples
- Cinnamon (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Melt the margarine or butter and let it cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder.
4. Add the melted fat and milk to the flour mixture. Stir until a smooth batter forms.
5. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish.
6. Peel and slice the apples. Arrange the apple slices on top of the batter.
7. Sprinkle cinnamon over the apples to taste.
8. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, until the tart is golden brown and cooked through.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
