A delightful dessert featuring fresh apples and a sweet peach glaze.

Ingredients:
- 4-5 apples
- 150 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 300 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 200 g peach jam
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the apples.
2. Cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon until combined.
5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and arrange the apple slices on top.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 40-45 minutes, or until the tart is golden brown.
7. Allow to cool, then spread the peach jam over the top before serving.
