Ingredients:
- 150 g butter
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 100 ml cream
- 150 g sugar
- 3 apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and let it cool.
2. Peel and slice the apples.
3. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon.
4. Add the melted butter and cream to the dry mixture and stir until a smooth batter forms.
5. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish.
6. Arrange the apple slices on top of the batter.
7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
