A delicious and filling dish perfect for family dinners. This easy-to-make recipe takes only a little time.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano (optional)
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and milk. Let the mixture soak for about 5 minutes.
2. Add the ground beef, chopped onion, egg, crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, and oregano to the mixture. Mix well by hand or with a wooden spoon.
3. Shape the mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the meatballs for about 10-15 minutes until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
5. Serve the meatballs with mashed potatoes or pasta.
