Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 2 dl water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 3 dl pasta
- 1 tbsp oil
- (optional: sambal oelek chili paste)
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Dice the bell pepper.
3. Heat the oil in a large skillet and add the onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
4. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
5. Stir in the bell pepper and cook for an additional few minutes.
6. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and water. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
7. Add the pasta to the mixture and bring to a boil. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10-12 minutes, until the pasta is cooked.
8. If you prefer a spicier option, add sambal oelek chili paste to your liking.
9. Serve warm and enjoy!
