Ingredients:
- 200 g spaghetti
- 100 g bacon
- 2 eggs
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions.
2. Chop the bacon and fry it in a pan over medium heat until crispy.
3. Add the crushed garlic cloves to the bacon and sauté for one more minute.
4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and reserve a little pasta water.
6. Combine the spaghetti with the bacon and garlic in the pan. Remove the pan from heat.
7. Quickly add the egg mixture to the spaghetti, stirring well, and add reserved pasta water as needed for a creamy consistency.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
