Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl chocolate chips
- 1 dl nuts (e.g., walnuts)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Gradually mix in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
5. Stir in the milk until the batter is smooth.
6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and nuts.
7. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
9. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
