Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g almond flour
- 200 g fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a water bath or microwave.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
3. Combine the melted chocolate-butter mixture with the egg mixture and mix well.
4. Stir in the almond flour, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
5. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
6. Pour the batter into a greased and floured (using almond flour) cake pan.
7. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the cake is set.
8. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
