This delicious apple pie combines the flavors of fall with the sweetness of honey and the aroma of thyme. A perfect dessert that brings comfort and good vibes.

Ingredients:

- 5-6 domestic apples
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or ½ teaspoon dried)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package of ready-made pie crust
- 1 egg (for brushing)
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Peel and slice the apples.
2. In a bowl, mix the apple slices with honey, thyme, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
3. Roll out the pie crust and press it into the bottom and sides of a pie dish.
4. Pour the apple mixture over the crust and even out the surface.
5. Brush the top of the pie with the beaten egg.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-35 minutes, until the pie is golden brown.
7. Allow to cool before serving.
