This delicious and quick-to-make mousse combines the spicy aroma of cinnamon with the sweetness of white chocolate. It's the perfect sweet ending to a meal. Preparation Time: Under 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (divided)- 100 g white chocolate
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan, bring 1/2 cup of heavy cream to a boil.2. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the chopped white chocolate. Stir until the chocolate has completely melted.
3. Whip the remaining heavy cream until soft peaks form.
4. Add cinnamon to the melted white chocolate mixture and mix well.
5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until smooth.
6. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate before serving.
