Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 0.5 dl water
- 0.5 dl olives (black or green)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
2. Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the chicken fillets. Cook the fillets until golden brown on both sides.
3. Add the chopped garlic to the pan and sauté for a moment longer.
4. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and water. Stir well to combine.
6. Add the olives and lemon juice. Let simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Serve the dish garnished with fresh parsley.
