Delicious pancakes that are perfect for breakfast or a snack. They're easy to make and taste fantastic! Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 dl water
- A pinch of salt
- ½ dl sugar
- 4 dl milk
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
2. Add the milk and water to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
3. Gradually stir in the flour and a pinch of salt until the batter is smooth.
4. Heat a frying pan and add a little butter. Pour in the batter to form pancakes of your desired size.
5. Cook the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
