A delightful and light treat, perfect for brunch or dessert. Preparation time is about 30 minutes, serving size is approximately 4-5 pancakes.

Ingredients

- 4-5 eggs
- Melted butter
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 4½ dl boiling water

Instructions

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
2. Gradually add the flour to the melted butter while stirring continuously.
3. Slowly incorporate the boiling water into the mixture, kneading until the dough pulls away from the sides of the pan.
4. Remove the pan from heat and add the sugar. Allow the dough to cool slightly.
5. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled dough until combined.
7. Cook the pancakes in butter on a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
