Ingredients

- 1-2 eggs
- Grated cheese to taste
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 200 g ground meat (season to taste)
- 5 dl milk
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and then add the milk and salt. Mix well.
2. Gradually add the flour to the mixture until the batter is smooth.
3. Heat a large frying pan and pour some batter onto the pan to form pancakes. Cook both sides until golden brown.
4. In another pan, cook the ground meat with the onion until the meat is fully cooked. Season to taste.
5. Stir the sour cream into the cooked meat mixture.
6. Once the pancakes are ready, spread the meat mixture on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, fold the pancake over, and serve warm.
