Delicious and delightful salmon pockets, perfect for summer parties or gatherings. Easy to prepare for a larger crowd! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 12 pockets
Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh salmon
- 1 dl fresh herbs (e.g., dill and parsley)
- 1 dl cream cheese
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 6 tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salad and vegetables for serving
Instructions:
1. Chop the fresh herbs finely.
2. Cut the salmon into small cubes and mix in a bowl with cream cheese, chopped herbs, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Place the tortillas in the pan one at a time and cook on both sides until warm and slightly crispy.
5. Remove the tortillas from the pan and place them on a plate.
6. Divide the salmon mixture evenly in the center of each tortilla.
7. Fold the tortillas into pockets and serve immediately with salad and vegetables.
