Delicious Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients:
- 200 g spaghetti
- 100 g bacon or pancetta
- 2 eggs
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan and cook the bacon or pancetta until crispy. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for a moment.
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Drain the cooked pasta, reserving a little pasta water. Add the pasta to the bacon and garlic mixture in the pan.
5. Remove the pan from heat and quickly mix in the egg mixture with the pasta, allowing the eggs to cook gently from the residual heat. If needed, add a bit of reserved pasta water to achieve a creamy consistency.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
