A hearty and delicious noodle casserole with ground meat and a creamy egg mixture. Perfect for a family dinner!

Ingredients:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400 g noodles
- 4 eggs
- 600 ml milk
- 400 g ground meat
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- Grated cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, adding the beef bouillon cube to the boiling water.
2. In a skillet, brown the ground meat and add the minced garlic cloves.
3. Grease a baking dish.
4. Combine the cooked noodles and browned meat in the baking dish, mixing well.
5. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk. Mix the ingredients together.
6. Pour the egg mixture over the noodle and meat mixture in the baking dish.
7. Sprinkle grated cheese on top if desired.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
