Ingredients:
- 3 large potatoes
- 2 leeks
- 250 g cabbage
- 1 1/4 liters vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2-3 celery stalks
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
2. Rinse the leeks and slice them into thin rings.
3. Chop the cabbage into small pieces.
4. Cut the celery stalks into small sections.
5. In a pot, heat the vegetable broth and add all the vegetables.
6. Simmer the mixture over medium heat for about 20-25 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
7. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
