These delightful chocolate treats are incredibly easy and quick to make. You can also add a pinch of sea salt along with the rosemary and mint for an extra flavor boost. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 12 chocolate bites
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate - 1 tsp peppermint powder
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Sea salt (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until fully melted and smooth.2. Stir in the peppermint powder and chopped rosemary until well combined.
3. Pour the chocolate mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or another flat surface.
4. Spread the chocolate evenly into a flat layer.
5. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
6. Allow the chocolate to set in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.
7. Cut or break the chocolate into pieces and serve.
