Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat.
2. In a bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
4. Sift in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Stir until smooth.
5. Pour in the milk and mix until the batter is homogeneous.
6. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
