A classic Swedish dish made with potatoes, anchovies, and cream, perfect for a cozy family dinner.

Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 large bag frozen potato strips
- 1 small can anchovy fillets
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 dl cream
- Oil for greasing the baking dish
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Grease a baking dish with oil.
3. Evenly spread the frozen potato strips in the baking dish.
4. Place the anchovy fillets on top of the potato strips.
5. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
6. Pour the cream over the ingredients, ensuring everything is covered.
7. Bake in the oven for about 40-50 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
