Ingredients:
- 2 large egg yolks
- 110 g butter
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter over low heat and let it cool slightly.
2. In a blender, combine the egg yolks, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
3. Start the blender and mix the ingredients well.
4. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the melted butter until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
5. Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt if needed.
6. Serve immediately over steamed vegetables or fish.
