Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken breast strips
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml orange juice
- 1 chicken stock cube (herb-flavored)
- 1 packet of your favorite vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onions and garlic.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the onions and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes until softened.
3. Add the chicken strips and cook until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
4. Pour the orange juice into the pan and add the chicken stock cube. Stir well to combine.
5. Add your favorite vegetables and cook for another 5-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
