Ingredients:

- 3 sheets of puff pastry
- 200 g hazelnut chocolate
- 1 egg

Instructions:

1. Thaw the puff pastry sheets and roll them out thinly.
2. Place the chocolate bar on top of the rolled pastry.
3. Cut strips about 1 cm wide from the edges of the pastry.
4. Braid the strips around the chocolate pastry.
5. Brush the surface with the beaten egg.
6. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 10 minutes until the top is golden brown.
7. Allow cooling for a moment before cutting into serving pieces.
