Ingredients:
- Potatoes
- Nduja (spicy spreadable sausage)
- Cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary or thyme)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half lengthwise.
3. Carefully scoop out the insides of the potatoes, leaving a thin layer of potato on the skin.
4. In a bowl, mix the scooped potato with nduja and cheese.
5. Season the mixture with olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
6. Fill the potato skins with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
