A delicious and filling everyday meal that combines nduja and cauliflower into a tasty dish. This recipe is easy to prepare and serves four people. Preparation time is approximately 30 minutes.Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower- 150 g nduja
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 dl cream
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Boil the cauliflower in salted water for about 10 minutes until tender but not mushy. Drain and set aside.2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sautéing for about 5 minutes.
3. Add nduja to the pan and stir until it melts and combines with the onion.
4. Add the cooked cauliflower to the pan and mix well so that the cauliflower is coated with the nduja sauce.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and stir. Allow it to heat for a few minutes.
6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese has melted.
7. Season with black pepper and check the salt. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
