Description: Delicious double chocolate cookies with a mix of dark and white chocolate. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: Makes about 20 cookies
Ingredients:
- 200 g margarine
- 2 dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons dark syrup
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 200 g dark chocolate (chopped)
- 100 g white chocolate (chopped)
Instructions:
1. Cream the margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy.
2. Add the egg and mix well until fully combined.
3. Stir in the dark syrup and mix until smooth.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and baking powder, then gradually mix it into the dough.
5. Fold in the chopped dark and white chocolate until evenly distributed.
6. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 10–12 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly browned.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
