Chocolate Caramel Cookies

Ingredients
- 100 g butter or margarine - 1 dl sugar
- 2 tbsp light syrup
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Melt the butter or margarine in a saucepan over low heat. 2. Add the sugar and light syrup to the melted fat. Mix well.
3. Stir in the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt until you have a smooth dough.
4. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 175 °C (350 °F) for about 10-12 minutes, until the cookies are firm.
6. Allow to cool before serving.
