A deliciously rich chocolate muffin recipe that’s perfect for any occasion.

Serving Size: 12 muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl sugar
- Approximately 100 g melted butter
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl milk
- 100 g chocolate (dark or milk, chopped)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F).
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until frothy.
3. Add the melted butter and mix well.
4. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
6. Pour in the milk and stir until a smooth batter forms.
7. Gently fold in the chopped chocolate.
8. Divide the batter evenly into muffin cups.
9. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the muffins are cooked through.
10. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
