Ingredients List:
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:
1. Grate the carrots finely and place them in a bowl.
2. Add rolled oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon to the bowl. Mix well until the batter is smooth.
