Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir well until smooth.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Pour the melted chocolate-butter mixture into the egg-sugar mixture and mix thoroughly.
4. Sift in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gently fold until all ingredients are combined.
5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes.
6. Allow the cake to cool before serving. You can dust it with powdered sugar or top it with whipped cream for decoration.
