Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat until fully melted and combined.
3. Stir the sugar into the melted chocolate mixture until well combined.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Mix in the vanilla extract.
6. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into the mixture, then gently fold until all ingredients are combined.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
