Ingredients:
- 100 g dark chocolate - 75 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g all-purpose flour
- 100 g blackcurrants (fresh or frozen)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a water bath or microwave, stirring until smooth.2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Combine the chocolate-butter mixture with the egg mixture and mix well.
4. Gently fold in the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt.
5. Add the blackcurrants to the batter and fold lightly.
6. Grease 4 ramekins and divide the batter among them.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
8. Allow to cool for a moment before serving.
