Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
4. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
5. Pour the cooking cream into the skillet and mix well. Allow the sauce to heat through.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir to combine. If necessary, add a little reserved pasta water to keep the pasta from being too dry.
7. Season with salt and black pepper. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.
8. Serve immediately while warm.
