A delicious pasta dish bathed in creamy spinach sauce that combines flavors and textures, perfect for weeknight dinners. Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until slightly softened.
3. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
4. Pour in the cream and mix well. Allow to simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Stir in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
