A delightful, bright red lingonberry jam that makes a perfect addition to breakfast or as a topping for pastries.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: About 5 dl of jam
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of lingonberries
- 2 dl of water
- 5 dl of sugar
Instructions:
1. Choose a large pot.
2. Boil the lingonberries and water over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes.
3. Remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
4. Add the sugar and stir thoroughly without boiling, until the mixture is completely cool.
5. Pour the jam into clean jars and seal them tightly.
6. Allow the jam to set in the jars.
