A delightful and slightly tangy lingonberry jam, perfect for adding a gourmet touch to your meals. Preparation time: 15 minutes
Serving size: Makes about 2 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 dl jam and marmalade sugar
- 200 g frozen lingonberries (1 package)
- Lingonberry liqueur mash (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine the drained and slightly crushed lingonberry mash, frozen lingonberries, and jam and marmalade sugar.
2. Slowly bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
3. Once boiling, cook for 2 minutes while stirring gently.
4. Pour the hot jam into pre-heated glass jars.
5. Store in a cool place.
