Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta - 100 g bacon
- 2 eggs
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. 2. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan until crispy.
3. In a bowl, crack the eggs and add the grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it immediately to the pan with the bacon.
5. Remove the pan from the heat and quickly add the egg mixture to the pasta, stirring rapidly to cook the eggs with the residual heat.
6. Serve with fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy!
