Ingredients:

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
3. Add the melted butter to the bananas and mix well.
4. Stir in the sugars, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
5. In a separate bowl, mix the baking soda and flour together, then add to the banana mixture. Stir gently until just combined.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
8. Bake in the oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through (test with a toothpick).
9. Allow to cool before slicing.
