A delicious Monte Cristo sandwich combining brie cheese, pears, and a special orange sauce. Perfect for lunch or brunch!

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 50 g butter
- 1 orange
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 75 g brie cheese
- 4 slices of thick bread
- Liquid honey
- 2 tablespoons port wine
- 100 ml milk
- 3 small pears (totaling 200 g)
- 2 small chicken breast fillets
Instructions:
1. Squeeze the juice from the orange into a saucepan. Add the port wine and cinnamon stick. Heat the mixture over low heat until it thickens slightly.
2. Peel and slice the pears. Cook the chicken breast fillets in a pan with butter until fully cooked. Add the pear slices to the pan and sauté briefly.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
4. Place brie cheese between two slices of bread. Dip the sandwiches into the egg mixture.
5. Fry the sandwiches in butter in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
6. Serve the Monte Cristo sandwiches warm with the sautéed pears and orange sauce. Drizzle with honey.
