Delicious coffee and white chocolate squares, perfect for any occasion.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 12 pieces
Ingredients:
- 500 g butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 12 dl all-purpose flour
- 3 dl sugar
- 4 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 packets of cappuccino powder
- 200 g white chocolate
Instructions:
1. Cream the soft butter and sugar together in a bowl until light and fluffy.
2. Add the egg yolks one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, vanilla sugar, and cappuccino powder. Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter mixture, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
4. Spread the dough evenly in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the squares are golden brown.
6. Allow to cool completely before melting the white chocolate.
7. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, then pour it over the cooled squares.
8. Let the chocolate set before cutting into pieces and serving.
