- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic. Sauté until the onions are soft.
3. Add the chicken fillets to the skillet and cook until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
4. Stir in the diced bell pepper and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook for a few more minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5. Season the mixture with oregano, salt, and black pepper.
6. Fold in the crumbled feta cheese.
7. Serve the dishes garnished with fresh basil.
