This delicious vegan vegetable pizza satisfies your pizza cravings without unhealthy ingredients. Easy to prepare and a perfect alternative for a healthy diet!

Serving Size: 2 pizzas

Ingredients:

- 1 vegan pizza crust
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 1 dl vegan cheese shreds
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
2. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
3. Sprinkle vegan cheese shreds on top of the sauce.
4. Arrange the sliced red onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms on the pizza.
5. Add fresh spinach and season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
6. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza.
7. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
8. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a moment before serving.
