Ingredients:
- 100 g mixed salad greens- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 150 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 50 g black olives, sliced
- 1 avocado, cut into wedges
- 50 ml olive oil
- 30 ml balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the mixed salad greens and place them in a large bowl.2. Add the sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and black olives to the salad greens.
3. Gently incorporate the avocado wedges into the salad.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then drizzle the dressing over the salad.
5. Season with salt and pepper, and toss gently to combine.
6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
