A delicious pizza inspired by Copenhagen, topped with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor.
Preparation Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Serving Size: 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g pizza flour
- 150 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 packet dry yeast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g tomato sauce
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g ham or other meat
- 50 g fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- (Optional) chili or other spices
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the pizza flour, salt, and dry yeast.
2. Add the water and olive oil, and knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until smooth.
3. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
4. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
5. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and place it on a baking tray.
6. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
7. Tear the mozzarella cheese and ham, and distribute them evenly on top.
8. Season with salt, pepper, and optional chili if desired.
9. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese has melted.
10. Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
