Delicious salmon burgers that are perfect for finger food or a beautifully plated gourmet dish. Combine fresh ingredients for a delightful flavor experience!

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 500 g salmon
- 1 dl cream
- 2 egg whites
- Fresh dill
- Salt to taste
- White pepper to taste
- Rye bread (e.g., high-fiber Real bread)
- Butter for frying
- Lemon pesto (for dipping)

Instructions:

1. Remove the skin from the salmon and clean out any bones.
2. In a bowl, combine the salmon, cream, egg whites, dill, salt, and white pepper. Blend all ingredients into a paste using an immersion blender.
3. Heat butter in a pan and fry the salmon mixture into small patties over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
4. Use a glass to stamp out rounds from the rye bread and toast them in the pan until warm.
5. Spread lemon pesto on one side of the toasted bread, place a salmon patty on top, and cover with another piece of bread to form a burger.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
