Ingredients:

- 4 large slices of bread
- 4 ground beef patties
- 1 onion
- ½ liter of cleaned mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 2 dl vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for frying

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the onion.
2. Heat butter in a pan and add the onion. Sauté until the onion is soft.
3. Add the ground beef patties to the pan and cook until browned on both sides.
4. Add the cleaned mushrooms to the pan and continue cooking for a few minutes.
5. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir well.
6. Pour in the vegetable broth and stir until the mixture thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Toast the slices of bread if desired.
8. Serve the ground beef and mushroom mixture on top of the toasted bread.
